    Estes angler is closed for the season and will reopen in April of 2008. However, they’re still offering guided trips and will respond to all requests left at the above number.

    With the exception of some open water near the old hatchery and at Gateway Park, the Poudre remains iced over. Reports from Gray Reef on the North Platte have been sporadic, but involve drift boats, large, gaudy streamers and cold fingers. Obviously, the high lakes are ice bound.
