    Sorry to say that 90% of the Big T. is locked up in ice and snow now.  There is some open water below Lake Estes and a few miles downstream if you just HAVE to get out.  The water is very low and clear; the fish are sluggish but will take midge patterns if properly presented. 
   

    Actually, this is the time of year to tye up some flys, build a rod or go hit the N. Platte.  Either way, have fun!
